Dawson and Kennedy had their Cedar Ridge Country Club wedding at Kennedy’s parents church right here in Tulsa (Guts Church). Their wedding team transformed the warehouse into what looked like a night under the stars. Twinkle lights flooded the ceiling, and a grass path lined the aisle of the ceremony. Candles and greenery filled the room – it was a sight to be seen! They got ready at Cedar Ridge Country Club which holds a special place for their families. What made this couple so fun for me to work with, is that Kennedy and her Mother are avid party planners, so while most of my brides like to pass the torch off to wedding planners to bring their visions to life, Kennedy knew exactly what she wanted and put together the team and vision of her wedding day. I’d say she nailed it! I got to meet with them multiple times throughout their planning process to ensure I understood their plans for the day and what they valued. Their families were a big part of the day, which included siblings and nieces and nephews.
