Dream Point Ranch weddings in Bixby, Oklahoma lend themselves to soft tones and a classic white barn style. It is a chic venue with a touch of rustic vibes. Kyle was a freshman at OSU when he met Karen through a mutual friend that happened to be Kyle’s roommate. They didn’t start dating for another year and a half back in 2013, but sure enough they made it work! They enjoy spending time outdoors, binge watching Netflix, and trying new restaurants in town. I had the pleasure of photographing their proposal and meeting them for the first time at Woodward Park. After meeting them in person, I knew I would be thrilled to photograph their wedding, so when they reached out to me a few moths later I was over the moon! They are both incredibly kind and have the softest smiles that instantly put you at ease! They are gentle spirited, but bring out the goofiness in one another which was fun to see both during the proposal and at their wedding. We will be doing a one year anniversary session as well, which we are all excited for! Their wedding colors were the classic black, white, and blush with the touch of greenery on every table. Their planner Bethany Faber guided them through their entire planning process and I know I’m not the only one who thought the day went perfectly! Fun Fact: Kyle AND Karen had ACL surgery…a perfect match for each other! Their Dream Point Ranch wedding had beautiful fall weather, and we even got to spend more time after the ceremony, during sunset, to take photos. I never pass up on the chance to take sunset photos – they are stunning.
